We are celebrating Healthy Eating Week this week. This year The aim of Healthy Eating Week is to make pupils aware of how to make healthier food choices and options. Pupils are encouraged to fuel their bodies with good, healthy foods that will result in better performance levels at school, sport and all areas of life! Finally, they are encouraged to move more, exercise is essential to a healthy lifestyle.
The pupils engaged in a number of activities this week including keeping a food diary, walking the daily mile and PE lessons with Mr Sean McElroy. Mr McElroy helped us get Healthy Eating Week off to a great start with an assembly highlighting which foods are best for us.
